Youth Center

Provides emergency shelter, food, clothing, counseling and healthcare referrals for youth ages 10-17. The goal of this program is to reunite young people with their families or locate appropriate alternative placements.

Transition Center

Serving young adults ages 18-25, this program is designed to help participants transition out of care and into adult life. Residents of the center pay a minimum amount in rent and utilities and receive: career and life-skills training, counseling, case management, and GED assistance.

Diversity House

Geared towards the specific needs of homeless and at-risk LGBTQ+ individuals, Diversity House provides transitional housing, intensive case management, support services, and an affirming, safe environment for youth ages 16-21 who identify on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Find out more here
